2019 Travel Program U9-U19

Welcome

Welcome to the 2019 Travel Program U9-U19 Registration with Central MN Youth Soccer Association!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

     

        Cost for U9 and U10 teams is $250
        Cost for U11-U19 teams is $335

 

Additional Travel Team fees may include:
- payment for a non-parent coach
- tournaments 
- all new travel players must purchase a uniform by February (youth kits $104 + shipping and adult kits $113 + shipping)

 

New this year: You have the option to register now for CMYSA optional winter travel training program. This allows you to skip an additional registration and lets you add the training cost to your payment plan, if you choose that option. If your player is undecided about winter training, a registration will open in November.

 

There will be two payment options via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account:

  • PAY IN FULL today or
  • 4 INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN-  Fees are divided into installments with the first payment collected today and the remaining balance divided into 3 payments and automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on September 1, October 1 and November 1, 2018.
    • U9 & U10 first payment is $100 with three additional payments of $50 or $83.34 with 2 winter training sessions
    • U11-U19 first payment is $150 with three additional payments of $61.67 or $95 with 2 winter training sessions

Sports Engine has a 3.0% + $1.00 credit card processing fee. 

 

New Players will need to upload a copy of their proof of age (Passport or Birth Certificate.)

 

ALL players will need to upload a head shot photo for their player card. Affinity deletes all photos in August of even years. 

 

Financial Aid recipients, you must have a discount code before you register.


Travel Team Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the CMYSA Board of Directors.

 

Summer 2019 Travel Team refund policy for requests received prior to February 1, 2019:

- The initial registration deposit will be retained by CMYSA ($150 for U11-U19, $100 for U9 and U10). A refund may be granted on 50% of the remaining balance ($92.50 for U11-U19 and $75 for U9-U10)

- If your child has elected to move from the Travel program to the Rec program, the Board can transfer the initial registration deposit to cover the rec registration fee*

 

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for injuries, family relocation, and other situations.

 

Please submit a written request for refunds to Lissa@cmysa.org who will then present the request to the Board at the next scheduled board meeting (second Wednesday of the month.)


*For players who choose to move to the 2019 Summer Rec program, please email Lissa@cmysa.org to receive a registration discount code.
